These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Modela's website, applications, API, and related services (collectively, "Modela"). By using Modela, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Modela. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use Modela only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt Modela's systems
  • Use automation or bots to abuse the platform or overwhelm infrastructure
  • Misrepresent your identity or use the service to impersonate others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these rules.

3. Account and Wallet Access

If you create an account or connect a wallet, you are responsible for maintaining its security. Modela is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access.

You are responsible for keeping your keys, credentials, or wallet recovery methods secure.

4. Ownership and Content Rights

  • You retain ownership of original prompts you submit.
  • By using Modela, you grant us a license to process, store, and improve upon your prompts to train and improve our systems.
  • Generated 3D assets are provided for your use. However, commercial rights may vary depending on your subscription level or specific output terms, which will be clarified in-product.
  • You may not resell or redistribute outputs in ways that violate our platform rules or applicable laws.

5. $MODELA Token

Modela may allow users to earn, spend, or hold $MODELA tokens. By interacting with the token, you acknowledge that:

  • Token values may fluctuate
  • Participation in token-based features is entirely voluntary
  • You are responsible for complying with local laws around token usage, taxes, and digital asset handling
  • Modela makes no guarantees regarding the financial value or performance of $MODELA.

6. Availability and Updates

Modela is a beta-stage service and may experience downtime, delays, or changes. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

Modela is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding uptime, output quality, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use it at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Modela is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users through the site or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
